  The Online Time Sheets Module solves the issue of being able to track all hours that employess and contractors within your organization spend on various projects (and work phases) for different clients.
 
 
 
  1. Employees and contractors can enter their time for the client and projects they are working on from any Internet connected web browser. It also allows them to enter descriptions of the tasks completed as well as phone calls made (with minutes), the project phase and miles driven for the projects they are working.
  2. Employees can also enter their expenses for the projects they are working on.
  3. The employees and contractors log into the secure system to enter his or her time. The employee will only be able to enter time for the clients and projects they are authorized for.
  4. The system provides many reporting options to view employee's time, task descriptions and expenses. Reports can be Run anytime, and there os no more waiting for employees to send their time sheets by e-mail or fax.
  5. Invoices can be generated for any client/project(s) from the administration panel and can also be marked as paid when payment is received.
  6. A web-based administration page that is part of Community Builder is used to setup and manage projects as well as employee logins.
  7. The community administrator can create multiple different types of login accounts to help facilitate the management of your online time sheets:

    • Manager Account - Manager accounts can login in and manage the Online Time Sheets module but only has access to that specific administration panel.
    • Employee Accounts - These are the account employees use to log in to enter their time sheet and expenses data.
    • View Only Accounts - The community administrator can create accounts for the people the work is being done for so they can monitor the employees time sheets in a "View Only" manner and also print them out.

  5. This image shows an example page where employess and contractors can enter descriptions for the hours listed on the time sheet. The descriptions include the work performed, phone calls, phone time, the phase of the project and any miles driven that can be charged to the client. Note: The image only shows one day (Sunday) but the same information can be entered for each day of the week:
