- Manager Accounts - Manager accounts can login in and manage the ONLY the Online Time Sheets module.
- Employee Accounts - Employees use this account type log in to enter their time sheet and expenses data.
- View Only Accounts - Allow the people the work is being done for to monitor the employees time sheets in a "View Only" manner and also print them out.

This image shows an example page where employess and contractors can enter descriptions for the hours
listed on the time sheet. The descriptions include the work performed, phone calls, phone time, the phase
of the project and any miles driven that can be charged to the client. Note: The image only shows one day
(Sunday) but the same information can be entered for each day of the week:

In addition to tracking the description of the hours worked, phone time and miles driven you can
also track the expenses incurred that can be charged to the client. This image shows an example of the
