This image shows the administration reports page. These are reports that are available to
the administrator of a community. All reports have the ability to export the data you see
on the screen to either a delimited text file or an XML formated file. Some reports offer
the ability to be run automatically on a periodic basis (that you select) and the results
of the reports are sent to your email address as well as an attached file with the same
results in either a delimited text file or an XML formatted file:

This image shows an example of a report results page. At the bottom of the page is an edit
field that has a pre-filled path where to copy the file with the report data. The
administrator can set this path as an option so they never have to type it when running
reports:
