Community Blogging Module:

Community Builder allows you to build your own custom blog. The Community Blogging Module allows the administrator to create a
blog that is publicly available from their community navigation bar. Each blog post contains a title, header, image and main blog
text. If a user clicks the Read More button they are redirected to the main blog past page where all of the blog text is visible.
The main blog test can have any number of images embedded into it for illustrative purposes. The configuration optins for your blog
make it unique and options such as font, font size, font color, text alignment, background color, and background image can easily
be set using the point and click interface for writting your blog posts.

Online Data Gathering Forms:

Community Builder allows you to build your own custom online forms to gather whatever data you need. This is a sophistocated module that
lets you build forms with different types of fields for your users to fill in. For example there are single line text fields, multi-line
text fields, drop down list boxes, single and multi-check box fields. You can also incorporate images into the form. Images are useful if
are creating a quiz or exam as part of an online course. As always there are reports to use to see and export the results of the data entered

The Town Crier:

Community Builder now has it's own Twitter-like module for each community called The Town Crier. Members of each community can shout out their
two cents on the topics of the day. Each shout can be up to 500 characters unlike Twitter which only allows 256. Shouts can include an image
and up to 5 source links if they are posting information they want to provide the sources for. Members can follow other members, like their shouts,
reply to shouts or send that member a personal message. The personal messages can even be encrypted with military grade encryption.

Project Traker:

Another premium feature of Community Builder that offers incredibly useful business applications is Project Traker.
Project Traker is the web based version of Project Traker (client-server) that allows any number of users to create
and modify problem reports for any type of project they are involved with. Project Traker allows the administrative
users to filter and sort the result set of problem reports assigned to them. Project Traker notifies the proper
people by e-mail and text messaging when a problem is entered into the system that needs immediate attention. Keeping
track of the reported problems in your projects is fast and efficient with Project Traker.

Another premium feature of Community Builder that offers incredibly useful business applications is Equipment Traker.
The Equipment Traker Module is a completely web based software application that allows your company to keep detailed
information about every piece of owned, rented or leased equipment. The system is designed for companies that need
to keep track of all of their equipment from laptops to buldozers. Equipment Traker tracks all the details of service
records for all equipment. For vehicles and other equipment that need refueling Equipment Traker tracks all of the
mileage and refuelings of equipment. As vehicles age Equipment Traker tracks the appraised values of vehicles so you
always know what your fleet is worth. For equipment that is leased or financed, Equipment Traker tracks the payments
made on every piece of equipment. Built in reports let you view all the financial and mechanical details of your fleet
at a glance.

Automated Member Network Searching:

Community Builder now supports automated member network searches. You can always manually search the community for members that match location, gender and member interest
criteria you select on the search page. However, now you can create multiple saved member searches that run nightly and send the results to your email inbox. This allows
you to craft highly specific search criteria that will automatically notified you if anyone in the community matches those criteria. Your searches will be run daily but
only if matches are found will you be notified. Additionally, the system will not send you matches that are already in your network or send matches that the system has
previously found within the past 30 days.

Video Support has been added:

Community Builder now supports video uploads and play back as well as a donation button and a for sale button for
your videos using the PayPal API. All you need is a PayPal account to receive donations for your work or to sell your
videos. Both the site administrator and community members can upload their videos so they can be shared with other
community members or in the case of the community administrator even the public directly on the community home page.

Promotional Html Formatted E-mails:

The Promotional e-mail module of Community Builder has been overhauled to make it much easier to build and
send beautifully formatted html emals. Now you can choose from 26 different e-mail templates then simply
upload your images and choose the setting for you e-mail. Before you send your promotions you can easily view
what the promotion will look like in the recipients inbox. You can evan add personalization with a salutation
and their first and last name if sending to community members:

Encrypted PM's are now MUCH easier:
Community Builder now makes it as easy a clicking a button to encrypt the personal messages between members.
RSA and AES algorythms are used to encrypt messages from end-to-end. Since the pm's are stored as encrypted
strings in the database not even the administrators of the site can read them. In fact they are so secure
it would take all the computing power on Earth centuries to decrypt the messages. That is about a secure as
you can get!:

Community Event Registration:

Community Builder now supports Community Event Registration. The administrator of the community can now create
community events to which members of the community can register for and receive registration details in their inbox.
There are many variations of events that may be setup by the administrator:
1) The community administration can setup any number of events that have a wide range of properties such as
Title, Event Date, Start time, End time, Location, Address, Directions, Map Link, Virtual Event Link,
Sponsor Name, Sponsor Link, Event Dress Code, Contact Phone, Contact Email, Max Attendees, Pre-Pay Charge,
At the Door Charge, Allow Refunds, Event Image, and more.
2) Events can be a free or paid events.
3) For paid events the admin can set up a pre-pay online with a discount.
4) For paid events members can request a refund should the event be cancelled.
5) For paid events the administration can easily set up a variety of payment options and charges.
6) The administrator can set up events specifically for members of clubs.
7) The administrator can set up events that are by invitation only.
8) Event can have speakers with bios and pictures displayed.
9) The administration can run a report to view the members that have registered for each event.

Member Interests:

Community Builder now supports member interests. The administrator of the community can now create
interest topics such as Sports, Outdoor activities, etc and then add interests within those topics.
For examples Sports may contain football, baseball, hockey, etc. and outdoor activities may contain
fishing, hiking, camping etc. Once a member selects a topic/interest they may set the value (1-10) that
matches their level of interest. Then other members can search for people with interests that match
their own:

Member Clubs:
Community Builder now supports member clubs. The community administrator can create clubs that members can
join. As a member of the club you will receive special club announcements related to the club's activities.
Also as a member of the club you can view other club members so that you can find people with the
same interests as you and those that are interested in attending the same types of club events:

Project Comments:
Community Builder now allows members to provide feedback on another member's project(s) in the form
of comments. If you leave a project comment, you can always edit or delete your comment(s). However, the member
who makes their project public may decide to allow or dis-allow comments on any project and if they
do allow comments they can make those comments private such that only the member receiving the comments can
view them:
